Harvest at the optimal maturity of each plot with separate vinification for each type of terroir.Aging in barrels for twelve months with a balanced proportion of new and used wood to respect the typical character of the grape variety and the terroirs. Bottling after eighteen months after the harvest then aging in our bottle cellars.

Tasting temperature: 17° Alcohol content: 13.5°. Color of red fruits, black pepper and melted wood. Subtly roasted and vanilla nose. On the palate the attack is enveloping. Taste of crushed strawberries and blue fruits. Melted tannins, lovely freshness. The spices give the length, for this elegant and balanced wine. A wine to drink or keep in your cellar.

6 to 12 months after bottling, capacity for harmonious aging: 5 to 10 years depending on the vintage Recommended pairings: Perfect pairing with quail in a casserole, grilled octopus, or tarte tatin.

Jazz

Harvest at the optimal maturity of each plot with gentle vinification at low temperature to promote the expression of the grape varieties and limit the extraction of tannins. Aging partly in vats and barrels for twelve months without using new wood to respect the typical character of the grape variety and the terroir. Bottling eighteen months after harvest then aging in our bottle cellars.

Beautiful bluish red color. Powerful nose evoking quite fresh fruit, combination of red and black fruits, with a floral touch reminiscent of peony and violet. On the palate the attack is both supple and powerful, with a lovely freshness; the development in the mouth is pleasant without excess power, it finishes with notes of blackcurrant and fresh raspberry.

6 to 12 months after bottling, capacity for harmonious aging: 5 to 10 years depending on the vintage Recommended pairings: wine accessible in its youth, it can be suitable for all occasions but particularly recommended with simple and refreshing dishes.

Chorus

Exclusive 100% Malbec vintage mainly from the second terrace of the Lot (composed of ancient alluvium descended from the Massif Central). A limited production of 2000 bottles per each most prestigious vintage.

Harvest at optimal maturity from each plot with separate vinification for each type of terroir. Aging in barrels for 18 months with a balanced proportion of new and used wood to respect the typical character of the grape variety and the terroirs.

Between 16 to 18 degrees. Beautiful purple color, intense and deep. Candied black fruits, cocoa and roasted notes. In the mouth, the aromas are revealed. The crunchy attack in synergy with the black fruits gives way to silky melted tannins perfectly integrated into a spicy finish. Rich and balanced wine. Perfect marriage with beautiful meats, sauced dishes and world cuisine
