Terroir

 Exclusive cuvée 100% Malbec sourced primarily from the second terrace of the Lot (composed of ancient alluvium descended from the Massif Central). A limited production of 2000 bottles per each vintage, the most prestigious.


 Winemaking
 Harvest at optimal maturity of each plot with separate vinification of each type of terroir
 Aged in barrels for 18 months with a balanced proportion of new and used wood to respect the typical character of the grape variety and the terroirs


 Tasting
 between 16 and 18 degrees. Beautiful purple color, intense and deep. Candied black fruits, notes of cocoa and roasting. On the palate, the aromas are revealed. The crisp attack in synergy with the black fruits gives way to the silky melted tannins perfectly integrated on a spicy finish. Rich and balanced wine. Perfect pairing with fine meats, dishes in sauce and world cuisine
